Our sales department is now looking for two account managers to promote Connex products/services to major customers. He or she will be responsible for achieving sales goals and must be experienced in electric motor industry, knows the applications, terminology, trends, and issues. Discovers/understands customer's primary business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements. Leads development/execution of account plans to ensure achievement of goals. Establishes/maintains relationships with key management within customer organization. Provides periodic/timely updates to management on progress toward execution of account plans. Expedites resolution of key customer complaints/problems. Assures customers are provided/satisfied with reasonable assistance. Form account team/coordinates team activities while minimizing sales/marketing costs, maximizing sales. Lead team reviews/updates of account plan based on changing market/customer conditions/competitive activity. Capable of building high level relationships at key Industrial User and OEM customers. This position requires a results-driven attitude. No relocation approved.

2. Warehouse Worker.

A highly self-motivated person to meet our needs for continuous fast growing and expending. Full time, hourly pay. High school diploma or G.E.D.; Experience: 2+ years of warehouse operation and shipping handling experience preferred. Primary skills/requirements: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, send correspondence and memos. Prefer experience in operating a forklift, pallet jack. Ability to effectively communicate with trucking companies and drivers, arrange pickups, handle shipments. Ability to manage the inventory, maintain the warehouse and inventory in an organized manner. Basic computer skills.
